| (Launch) - Marilyn Manson will be covering AC/DC's "Highway To Hell" for Kiss' "Detroit Rock City" movie and soundtrack. The song will come out in late July, and will be the first single and video from the soundtrack. Manson is currently touring Europe through July 10. The band will then take a short break before heading out to play dates in the Far East. On the literary side, Manson has written a short piece for Rolling Stone magazine, called "Columbine: Whose Fault Is It?" He starts off the article: "It is sad to think that the first few people on earth needed no books, movies, games or music to inspire cold-blooded murder. The day Cain bashed his brother Abel's brains in, the only motivation he needed was his own human disposition to violence." Manson's book, "Long Hard Road Out Of Hell," was just released in paperback, and the hardcover version has been translated into French, Italian, and Japanese. |
