NYPD Blue leads the shows and CBS sits atop the networks nominated for the first annual TV Guide Awards, the winners of which will be announced Feb. 1 (Fox, 8 /ET).ABC's Blue garnered four nominations, including Favorite Drama, Favorite Actress in a Drama (Kim Delaney) and two spots for Favorite Actor in a Drama (Dennis Franz, Jimmy Smits). Fox's The X-Files came in second among the shows with three nominations: Favorite Drama, Favorite Actress in a Drama (Gillian Anderson) and Favorite Actor in a Drama (David Duchovny).
CBS racked up 15 nominations, including Favorite Actor in a Comedy (Bill Cosby, Cosby), Favorite Actress in a Drama (Roma Downey, Touched by an Angel), and two for Favorite New Series (L.A. Doctors, Martial Law).
