Synopsis:

This case has Eleanor Frutt (The Practice) written all over it, this probably would have made a more interesting cross-over than that uninvolving murder episode. Can you imagine the press frenzy if the woman who proclaimed "this is for all the fat girls" faced off against 'the rail'?

Anyway, no such ratings stunts occur here, as Billy represents James Volpe, an employer who thinks it's fun for his company to stage Bermuda day where everyone can come dressed as their favorite beach volleyball player or Sports Illustrated model, respectively. Mildly overweight employee, Vicky Sharpe, claims this relaxation day is nothing more than another form of sexual harassment, she says that yeah sure, you're allowed to dress normally, but that only stresses the fact that you don't believe you possess Kiana style flex-appeal.

Elsewhere, Elaine has South Beach size plans of her own, when her Face-bra info-mercial seems to be a hit. Of course, there's a snag, Aunt Gladys believes it was her now-deceased daughter Martha who is the true inventor, and even the lawyers are doubting their secretary's claim.

Meanwhile, The Biscuit thinks he's found courage at thirty-five so he attempts the knee pit move (remember George using Jerry's move?) on Nelle, predictably, it's a less than pleasant experience as she grimaces in pain.

Back in court, Volpe's testimony that the beach days are not distracting, backfires when bikini and speedo clad people parade into the courtroom and the jury's attention is quite obviously diverted from the task at hand. Despite failing to prove his point with yet another female employee who claims she felt uncomfortable, Billy closes saying that this was all meant to boost morale not detract from it. The jury concurs.

Even though Aunt Gladys has evidence of a patent application, Elaine continues her fight. Her memory conveniently triggered (check the clock), she remembers a tape of Martha's birthday party three years prior, when Elaine told her cousin all about her brilliant plans. Lawsuit dismissed.

Romance report: Oddly paired couples, Nelle, John, Ling and Richard go to a rap club. It's meant to test The Biscuit's mettle and he surprisingly passes with flying colors, it seems that purple glasses are to geeks what spinach was to Popeye. Finding she likes this new jiggy with it version of John, Nelle invites him to her apartment for 'dinner.' Let's hope for Nelle's sake that there were no misplaced shouts of Poughkeepsie or nose whistles, as the two finally consummated their weird relationship.

Back in Ally land, she was feeling particularly inspired by The Biscuit's new take charge attitude towards life, she goes to the hospital to tell Dr. Butters that he's still got a prime spot on her obsessions list, only to be disappointed when she spots him with another woman.
