Synopsis:

(From TV Guide)
A Notre Dame recruiter is interested in JJ, but he's preoccupied with Beth, so Jack will have to carry the ball for his son. And Jimmy Riley asks Meg to be his regular partner on Bandstand. This could be the start of something big. As Roxanne puts it, “Jimmy Riley has been blessed with one of the great pickup lines of our time---Will you dance with me on 'Bandstand'?---and he's not going to waste it on somebody he isn't crazy about.” Meanwhile, Patty wants her parents to buy a bigger water heater (and she annoys everyone about it); and Helen goes to the Women's Health Clinic at Temple to get birth-control pills.

(From NBC)
MEG FINDS HERSELF IN THE SPOTLIGHT WHEN SHE MEETS HER 'PERFECT MATCH' ON 'BANDSTAND' - Concerned over the lasting impression she made on their date, Meg (Brittany Snow) is ecstatic when teen heartthrob Jimmy Riley (guest star Jesse Hutch) asks her to be his regular dance partner on "Bandstand," thus making the duo the show's newest "spotlight couple." Meanwhile, JJ (Will Estes) makes plans for his future when he arranges to meet with a Notre Dame recruiter over a Pryor family dinner, only to have his trouble with Beth (Rachel Boston) interrupt the important meeting, thus furthering troubles with Jack (Tom Verica). Elsewhere, Helen (Gail O'Grady) struggles with family issues of her own as she reviews current birth control options. Virginia Madsen, Vanessa Lengies, Arlen Escarpeta, Jonathan Adams, Ethan Dampf and Sarah Ramos also star.
