Synopsis:

(From TV Guide)
The city-championship game is coming up, and JJ is understandably outraged when he hears rumors that “some guys” are paying to ensure an East Catholic loss. Meanwhile, Roxanne is taking a surprising interest in record-store clerk (and Bob Dylan fan) Luke Foley (Jamie Elman), and Meg isn't quite comfortable with that; two of Helen's Temple classmates invite her to a folk-music concert (at the record store where Luke works, as it happens); and Henry hits on a marketing strategy that Jack would never think of to unload the small TV sets they're stuck with at the store. Uncle Pete: Matthew John Armstrong

(From NBC)
DAYS BEFORE THE CITY CHAMPIONSHIP JJ QUESTIONS HIS FRIENDS' LOYALTY -- While preparing for the city championships, JJ (Will Estes) discovers some of Philadelphia's finest have offered his teammates money to throw the game, forcing him to question their integrity, as well as that of his police officer uncle Pete (guest star Matthew Armstrong) who stops by the house for a sudden strategy session. Meanwhile, Meg (Brittany Snow) who shows signs of affection for Luke (guest star Jamie Elman), a record store clerk at the Vinyl Crocodile and Patty's (Sarah Ramos) new piano teacher, is upset with Roxanne's (Vanessa Lengies) sudden interest in him. Elsewhere, Helen (Gail O'Grady) leaves the family for a rare girls night out with new age classmate Rebecca (Virginia Madsen), while Jack (Tom Verica) prompted by Henry's (Jonathan Adams) suggestion, expands his customer base to include a slightly less vocal group and Sam (Arlen Escarpeta) deals with backlash from his former friends over the impending game. Ethan Dampf also stars.
