    Meg and Patty are stepping up and stepping out: they've been invited to their first college and high-school parties, respectively. And Jack's back in elementary school---as the basketball coach for Will's class. Will can't play, of course, but does get to be his dad's assistant. Meanwhile, Helen strikes up a friendship with Uncle Pete's latest girlfriend (Alicia Coppola); JJ's new squad leader, Palladino (Francis Capra), harasses underage recruit Clovis (Stephen Monroe Taylor); and Sam confronts Nathan (Keith Robinson) about his “construction” job.     LIL KIM GUEST STARS AS SHIRLEY ELLIS - Helen's (Gail O'Grady) life is about to change when Uncle Pete (Matt Armstrong) introduces his new girlfriend, Nancy (guest star Alicia Coppola) to the family. Meg (Brittany Snow) and Roxanne (Vanessa Lengies) experience their first college party; Meg meets a new boy, Drew Mandel (Sam Page). Patty (Sarah Ramos) starts East Catholic and discovers high school isnÓt what she thought it would be. At a bar near boot camp, JJ (Will Estes) captures the interest of a mysterious woman, Diane (guest star Bellamy Young). Jack (Tom Verica) reluctantly agrees to coach WillÓs (Ethan Dampf) basketball team, and finds a surprise with his assistant coach. Henry (Jonathan Adams) and Gwen (Adina Porter) receive some devastating news, which will affect both the Pryors and the Walkers.
