Izzie grills George about the personal details of his life, Addison takes Alex to task about a sensitive case, and Burke feels the pressure when he treats his musical hero.

(Recap From ABC)
Derek and Addison aren't having the best sex, something Meredith learns of by accident, just before Finn asks her out. Cristina works with Burke on one of his musical heroes. George and Izzie try to induce a seizure in patient, only to induce an argument over Meredith between them instead.

Addison and Alex have an expectant mother who wants her tubes secretly tied without her husband's knowledge and Addison and Alex don't see eye to eye on the matter at all. Richard undermines Bailey's ability as a surgeon as she helps Denny get more mobile but not before Bailey begins to suspect that there is more to Denny and Izzie' relationship than just medicine. Meredith goes on that date with Finn to birth a horse. George returns home. And Derek finds a half undressed Meredith at Finn's. Thinking they just had sex, he goes back to the trailer, ready to try again with Addison.
