Synopsis:
The bank asks the firm to pay off its loan, forcing Nick to collect fees from delinquent clients; Lulu turns to Nick when her estranged father returns to ask for money.

Nick treads lightly as he collects unpaid fees from Fallin & Fallin clients and discovers that Jake has a precarious relationship with one of his LSP clients (Keram Malicki-Sanchez).
