Synopsis:

Burton questions Nick's judgment in taking a job at a competing law firm after being fired from Fallin & Fallin.

After being fired from Fallin & Fallin and freed of his responsibilities at LSP, Nick becomes a father in the third-season finale.

Clearly, the character is at a crossroads in his life, and the changes he experiences in this episode could lead to his redemption. Like Nick, the series' future is uncertain, but we do know this for sure: He accepts a job at a competing firm, while new mom Lulu steps down from her job as LSP manager to focus on their baby daughter. And through it all, Nick is as coldhearted as ever.
