(Recap From ABC)
Corinne has been preoccupied with thoughts visiting the planetarium. She admits that she's worried about letting Sam down by sliding back to her old self. Sheldon shares her concerns that there could be setbacks. Sam, however, seems unwilling to accept this. A late night incident when Corinne manically charts the stars in the sky may be a sign that Sheldon was right to be worried.

Another troubling scene at the office seems to indicate that Corinne is spiraling downward. Things go from bad to worse at home. Corinne is out of control. Sam tries to grab hold of her, but his little sis ends up crashing through a glass door. She needs to be sedated at the hospital. Sheldon tells Sam that Corinne needs more care than he can give her. He finally seems to be realizing this may be true.

Addison wants to have a follow-up chat with Jake about the conversation they started about their feelings. That's not going to happen. See, Jake has nothing more to say. But if he did, he's pretty sure Addison would tell all her friends about it. Yes, he knows that she blabbed to a few of his colleagues about their complicated relationship and he's not happy about it.

Addison wants to know why Jake asked her about her feelings in the first place. That's easy. He tells her that he could fall in love with her. But he can't do that while she's still hung up on another man. Jake says, "You're not ready for what I have to offer." Addison responds, "I could get ready." That would be nice.

Addison treats two women, Dani and Laurel, who are going to have twins. Their boy baby has a severe hernia that will greatly diminish his quality of life if he survives the childbirth stage. If they decided to do surgery before the babies are born, they could save the boy but would put the girl at severe risk.

Addison asks Violet to have a chat with the couple about their options. Laurel thinks surgery is too risky. Dani wants to take the chance to save both babies. This impossible situation leads to great strife between the two women. Dani says she can't forgive Laurel if she doesn't do whatever it takes to save their babies. Then she walks out.

After chatting with Addison, a frightened Laurel decides to go ahead with the surgery. Dani arrives at the hospital. She wants the woman she loves to know that she's there for her. Laurel calms immediately once she sees Dani looking on through the observation window. Addison discovers a problem with the girl that they wouldn't have caught without doing the surgery. The operation actually ends up saving the lives of both babies.

Cooper has been spending his nights away from home so that he can tend to a recovering Erica. It's been good for Mason to have him around, too. Charlotte, however, has been sleeping alone in a big, empty bed. Violet has a heart-to-heart chat with Cooper about the situation. She makes him see that, as important as Erica and Mason are, Charlotte's important, too. Cooper lets his wife know that she's everything to him. He also lets her know that she won't be sleeping in that big bed alone anymore.

Violet is still having hot, no-strings-attached sex with Hot Scott, but is spending more quality time with Pete. It seems like she's enjoying the latter activity more than all that casual sex. Violet lets Pete know that she thinks they can save their marriage with therapy. He doesn't have to answer right away. She just wanted him to know that she's willing if he is.

Sheldon notices that Amelia doesn't seem herself lately. He fears she may be using again. That's not it at all. Amelia is pregnant with Ryan's baby. She's extremely emotional about everything, but Sheldon doesn't want to sit there listening to how much she misses another man. He later apologizes for his reaction and assures Amelia that he'll be there for her no matter what happens. She won't have to go through this alone.
