- Last Word: I love the TV show "American Dreams" very much. I didn't buy the first season on DVD until two years ago. I watched the last two seasons on the internet and finished watching the series this past February. I wish that the show would come back as a TV movie or a mini-series and that it would be set in the 1970's. I really want it to take place in 1976, the year of the U.S. Bicentennial because the show took place in Philadelphia and that's where the "Declaration of Independence" was signed in 1776. I sure hope that it will come back on TV, especially on NBC.

- Last Word: In the third season when JJ was missing and you saw the emotions of every character I could not help but get caught up in the fact that JJ was missing. It was like my own brother was missing. This is just one of many examples I can go on and on about the show impacted me and educated me weekly. The only other show that was able to catch my emotions like American Dreams was 7th Heaven! Honestly when JJ was missing just watching the previews for the next episodes would make me cry! I wish that American Dreams was still on because there are no good family dramas that I have seen since American Dreams ended. I have always loved every aspect of the era and American Dreams was my fix. There will always be a place in my heart for the show.

- Last Word: I remember watching the promos for this show back in late summer 2002 and quickly fell in love with it, since I have ALWAYS enjoyed learning about America during the 1960's! After finding out that NBC had prematurely cancelled this show back in May of last year, I along with everyone else was not too happy with the network! Besides, it would have been really interesting to see how the Pryors and the Walkers would have handled the life-changing events of both 1967 and 1968.
One last thing, after running the popular site: American Dreamers Incorporated for several months/years, it was lots of fun bringing new stuff to it while it was still on the air.

For example: Freaks and Geeks--one of the most liked shows of all time--NBC didn't even give it a chance--canceled it after one season--because they switched time slots--(stupid move, idiots). Luckily, A.D. has almost made it through three--let's hope four, and five, and six, etc
