Ashley Abbott's Life (So Far)

1. 1984: Ashley found she had a bit too much in 
         common with dear old mom Dina after 
         accepting Eric Garrison's proposal; Eric 
         was Dina's ex-lover. As she mended her 
         broken heart, Ash fell for Marc Mergeron 
         (Dina's stepson). Marc had a brief affair 
         with Jill.

2. 1985: Ashley fell for tycoon Victor Newman. With 
         prodding from a jealous Nikki, Ashley began 
         dating Matt, Victor's half brother.

3. 1986: Pregnant by Victor, Ashley walked out on 
         him because his wife, Nikki, was "dying." The 
         Emotional effects of her abortion landed 
         Ashley in a mental ward.

4. 1987: A recovering Ms. Abbott wed her therapist, 
         Dr. Steven Lassiter. The following year, she 
         donned widow's black when Steven was 
         murdered by a disturbed youth.

5. 1990: Pursued relentlessly by her ex-brother-in-law, 
         Brad, Ashley wed Victor instead 

6. 1992: Ashley left Victor after he confessed that he 
         had fallen in love with Nikki again.

7. 1994: A divorced Ashley wed photographer Alex 
         Bladeson, aka Blade, then was duped into bed 
         by Rick, Blade's evil twin. Blade & Ashley 
         reunited, but he died the next year in a car 
         crash.

8. 1996-97: After a brief mourning period in Paris, 
            Ashley returned home. Her chemistry 
            experiment with Adam Hunter fizzled, and 
            Ashley sought advice and friendship from 
            her ex, Victor. Later, she became 
            attracted to Kay's handyman, Kurt Costner, 
            who rescued her from muggers. After 
            finding out Kurt was a doctor & convining 
            him to start up his practice, he left her for 
            Hope and left town shortly thereafter.

9. 1998: Cole Howard, Victor's son-in-law at the time 
         came to Ashley with the idea of writing a novel 
         about her. The two have since fallin' in love and 
         Cole is divorcing his wife Victoria to be with 
         Ashley.

10. 1999: Ashley married Cole and soon divorced him. 
      
11. 2000/01: Ashley married Brad Carlton who was married to her sister Tracy & business partner with her brother Brad.  She also had a baby who's paternity is up in the air.
